What We Offer
My Health + Mental Wellbeing provides professional clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and allied practitioners working in private practice or organisational settings. Supervision balances clinical skill development, ethical and administrative accountability, and practitioner wellbeing.
Framework
- Proctor’s Functional Model – Formative (skills & learning), Normative (ethics, quality, compliance, business standards), Restorative (wellbeing & resilience).
- RISE UP session process – Review → Issues → Supervisee → Ethics → Unfinished business → Planning for structured, accountable sessions.

All fees inclusive of GST where applicable. Invoices issued for packages and organisational bookings. Individual sessions payable on the day or by prior arrangement. Optional negotiated rates available at Supervisor discretion.
Optional Negotiated Rate (Supervisor Discretion)
A discounted rate may be agreed at the Supervisor’s discretion for ongoing packages, organisational contracts, or special circumstances. Record any negotiated rate below.
Delivery & Practical Details
Recording: All sessions are recorded unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
Meeting notes: The Supervisor keeps structured meeting notes and provides a copy back to the practitioner after each session.
- Mode: Microsoft Teams (preferred for both individual and group). Face-to-face by arrangement (Belmont / Newcastle / Central Coast area).
- Agreement: All external supervisees complete the MHMW Clinical Supervision Agreement (RISE UP + Proctor) before commencement.
- Session recording: Sessions are recorded by default (Teams). Recording may be omitted only by prior written agreement of both parties.
- Meeting notes: Supervisor maintains notes aligned to the RISE UP / Proctor structure and supplies a copy to the Supervisee after each session.
- Cancellation: 24 hours’ notice required. Late cancellation or non-attendance may incur the full session fee.
- Records: Supervisee and Supervisor each maintain a supervision log meeting ACA / PACFA evidence requirements.
- Insurance & Registration: Supervisor holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance and meets College of Supervisors / equivalent criteria.
